You will be the pillar of our rental strategy, with a decisive role in the promotion and management of our 700 high-end units. Your task will be to offer exceptional rental experience to our customers.
Role and Responsibilities
Business development
• Beginning initiatives to develop the customer portfolio.
• Actively solicit potential customers and ensure rigorous post-visit follow-up.
• Meet potential tenants to understand their needs.
• Participate in the marketing of residential properties, develop promotional strategies, and organize events or virtual tours to attract new tenants
Client orientation
• Ensure a professional and warm welcome to visitors, show the available units and highlight their distinctive characteristics
• Analyze specific customer needs and propose adapted solutions.
• Personalize your sales approach based on customer interests and preferences.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with current tenants.
Administrative management
• Ensure rigorous organization of rental files, including the management, classification and archiving of essential documents.
• Ensure synchronization between the different stages of leasing, such as background checks, lease preparation and fittings.
• Provide all relevant informative documents to tenants.
Analysis and engagement
• Prepare regular reports reflecting market activities and trends.
• Actively participate in rental events and engage in the community to strengthen our presence and network.
Related Tasks
• Assume any other responsibilities related to the function to ensure the efficiency and fluidity of operations.
Experience and Qualifications
• Diploma of college studies (DEC) or diploma of professional studies (DEP/AEC) in real estate or a related field.
• Availability evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.
• Proven expertise in rental techniques and persuasion methods.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector, with in-depth knowledge of the high-end market.
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with HOPEM systems would be an asset to the role.
