ASSOCIATE INVESTMENT OFFICER

You will be responsible for finding opportunities to acquire new assets in Montreal, and various second-tier US cities. You will be contacting landlords and real estate brokers, organizing meetings, and negotiating a potential sale of their asset(s). You will be calling on behalf of the buyer, participating in the negotiations, and learning from one of the largest private real estate developers in the city.
